With wide ranging experience across the technology, telecommunications and energy sectors, Arc Innovations' leadership team is well qualified to oversee the management, strategic direction and growth of the company.


Dale Alloway – Chief Executive

Dale has a strong business leadership background with a proven record in business change and growth in many senior roles in the technology innovation and telecommunications sectors. These roles have seen him develop and broaden numerous high profile product offerings, deliver major change programmes in business design and capability, and deploy major enterprise system infrastructure, including major billing systems and communications networks. Prior to joiing Arc, Dale headed up a leading industry sector technology business that develops and markets geological modelling software to international mining, environmental and energy clients.


Michael Peterson – GM Technology

Michael joined Arc in 2004 after moving with his family to Christchurch from Sydney where he held a management role in IT for Macquarie Bank. Prior to that he worked in London and Sydney managing the provision of complex information services. More recently Michael used his operational experience and industry knowledge to help drive Arc's product development efforts before moving back into a management role within the Customer Services team. Michael was a member of the Electricity Commission AMI working group. He holds bachelor degrees in Economics and Statistics and is ITIL qualified.

Penny Land - GM Operations & Finance

Penny returns to Arc, taking up the role of General Manager of Operations and Finance.  Penny has extensive experience managing operational teams, complex project and programme management, as well as, business management experience.  Penny's experience was largely gained overseas in the Investment Banking industry.  She has travelled widely working in a London, Sydney, Singapore and Hong Kong for a large American Investment Bank.  Penny returned to New Zealand with her family in 2008 and worked for Arc for three years in compliance, service delivery and project roles. Penny holds a Bachelor of Science, Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment and is ITIL qualified.
