Mark Bowman - Chairman

Mark has an outstanding career in developing, growing and leading some of New Zealand's foremost technology businesses. Throughout his 28-year career Mark has gained a valuable blend of leadership, governance, and commercial experience in the technology and high growth sectors. Mark has lived and worked in the United Kingdom, Singapore and Australia and as a result has gained considerable international experience. He is an investor in a number of companies and also holds a variety of directorships. Mark is one of Arc's independent directors

Tim Lusk

Tim is CEO of Meridian Energy. Prior to taking up the appointment as Meridian CEO Tim was General Manager Wholesale in Telecom NZ Ltd from 2002 until August 2006. Prior to Telecom, he held executive positions in Transpower NZ Ltd and Power NZ Ltd. Tim's electricity industry accountabilities have ranged from engineering development, network pricing, system operations, marketing, customer relations and electricity market development.  Tim has had extensive experience in public and private sector energy projects at project and directorship level.

Andrew Robertson 

Andrew Robertson has been working in the New Zealand electricity industry for many years, and has been a member of the Meridian team since its inception.  Andrew has held a variety of senior management roles in finance, operations, generation development and business development.

As General Manager of Business Development, Andrew is responsible for Meridian's offshore generation development businesses in Australia and the USA, and Meridian's New Zealand subsidiary businesses that operate in the online energy retail, energy solutions and clean technology spaces.

Jason McDonald

Jason heads Strategy and Performance at Meridian, has held a number of executive roles in the electricity sector and has a long history with Meridian's venture portfolio companies in New Zealand and overseas.  Jason is also a Director on Meridian's subsidiaries Whisper Tech and its Spanish joint venture Efficient Home Energy, Right House and Powershop. 

Steve Fuller

Steve Fuller has over 35 years experience in the electrical and telecommunications industry with extensive experience and competencies in leadership, strategic planning, operational management and change management.  

Steve has held executive roles in wide scale deployments and operations of both fixed and wireless telecommunication networks.   He has developed and implemented world leading nationwide operating models for both central and field technology operations. 

Currently Steve is CEO of Christchurch City Networks Limited an open ultra-fast broadband fibre based telecommunications company which has just been awarded a multi-million deployment contract to installed fibre passed 180,000 premises in Christchurch.
