Dale Alloway - Chief Executive
Dale has a strong business leadership background with a proven record in business change and growth in many senior roles in the technology innovation and telecommunications sectors. These roles have seen him develop and broaden numerous high profile product offerings, deliver major change programs in business design and capability, and deploy major enterprise system infrastructure, including major billing systems and communications networks. Most recently he has headed up a leading industry sector technology business that develops and markets geological modelling software to international mining, environmental and energy clients.

Tim Lynskey - GM Marketing & Business Development
Tim is a technology/ICT marketing specialist who is responsible for the company's marketing and business development initiatives. Tim has had extensive experience over the last 12 years in utilities and IT where he has been responsible for strategic business direction, and the management of marketing programmes, distribution channels, project programmes and contracts. He has been with Arc for 5 years and with Jade Software Corporation for the 7 years prior to that, and has also worked with all of the major consulting firms

Danny Wilson - GM Finance & Corporate Services
Danny leads Arc's Finance and Corporate Services team incorporating numerous departments; legal, human resources, financial reporting, shareholder liaison, business and strategic planning and company secretariat. Danny is a Chartered Accountant and has joined Arc Innovations after gaining experience in both sales and finance roles with some of New Zealand's most recognised companies; including Air New Zealand, New Zealand Post, Solid Energy most recently Goodman Fielder.

Tony Ahern - GM Customer Services
Tony is General Manager Customer Services & Operations and has over 15 years experience in operations management and strategy development. Tony leads the 24/7 commercial operations of the business covering Service Management, Commercial Contracts, Compliance and Business Systems. Tony first started his career in the electricity industry as an electrician for the MED; following appointments with SouthPower and Orion. Tony became involved with Arc Innovations when the company was first established and managed out of the USA under the CIC Global brand. After going overseas to pursue a semi professional rugby career, university studies and a period in retail services industry he has returned to Arc bringing with him a comprehensive understanding of business operations across a diverse group of industries.
In addition to his extensive background, Tony holds Bachelor of Science and a Master of Commerce degrees from the University of Canterbury.

Michael Peterson - GM Technology Services
Michael joined Arc in 2004 after moving with his family to Christchurch from Sydney where he held a management role in IT for Macquarie Bank. Prior to that he worked in London and Sydney managing the provision of complex information services. More recently Michael used his operational experience and industry knowledge to help drive Arc's product development efforts before moving back into a management role within the Customer Services team. Michael was a member of the Electricity Commission AMI working group. He holds bachelor degrees in Economics and Statistics and is ITIL qualified.
